Get the look - Combining textures

From fresh ingredients, new combinations and the latest trends we look to favourite restaurants and recipes to inspire us. Our 'Get the Look' series looks to do just that - continuing in Knutsford - with a look at The Lost & Found restaurant.

The Character

Pushing the boundaries of discovery, lose yourself in a world of molecular mixology and seasonal cuisine at The Lost & Found – a collection of avant-garde cocktail bars and restaurants, with each having their own character story. The combination of textures, from the plush velvet seating and marble flooring gives a decadent style.

The Food

The Lost & Found serves a bountiful selection of seasonal food, as well as signature tipples dedicated to each professor alongside traditional cocktails and twists on the classic favourites. Using Studio Prints Raku - showcasing reactive texture through print, Raku is inspired by the traditional glazing process known as Raku firing - creating expressive and innovative results. Keeping in line with the quirky atmosphere they have chosen irregular shapes and styles, from rectangles to organic bowls.

The Ambience
A haven for all to escape the hustle and bustle. A beautiful hideaway for discovering imaginative cocktails and fresh British food. Their focus is theatrical cocktail service and premium quality, freshly made food with British ingredients. With thoughtful attention through the use of industrial materials, from it's steal pipes to its art deco flooring, the restaurants atmosphere is bold and rebellious to stand out and be noticed.
