Why is Churchill tableware heavier than traditional home products on the market?

Churchill tableware is heavier because it is designed for professional use. We reinforce impact areas to add strength and the vitrification process makes the material denser, adding weight to the piece.

Why does each piece of Stonecast have variation in the colour, band and speckles? 

Each piece of Stonecast is hand-decorated to create a unique and individual feel. No piece will ever be identical to another which adds to rustic charm of the product.

Why is there colour variation in the Raku range?

Raku is made using an innovative print process which creates spontaneous and textured results. This results in each piece being unique.

Are my Churchill products safe for use in the microwave and dishwasher?

Yes they are safe to use in both the microwave and dishwasher. In fact these are tested to the equivalent of 5,000 industrial washes (that's the same plate washed every day for 13 years).

Where are Churchill products made?
They are manufactured in the UK in the heart of the Potteries, Stoke-on-Trent.

How do I change my password?

Click on the My Account icon and a side bar will appear. Click on "Reset Password" and enter your email address when prompted. We will then send you an email with a link to change your password.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

Please click on the "Unsubscribe" link on the footer of your Newsletter. Or alternatively please contact us. 

How do I change my saved delivery address?

Log into your account and click "View Addresses". Here you can edit, add and remove addresses.  

Orders & Payments

How do I view my order history?

Log into your Account and a summary of your "Order History" will be displayed. Click on the order number to view full details of the order.

Is it possible to change an order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to amend an order (change name and address or adding/removing items) once the order has been placed. Please ensure you take extra care when entering names and addresses.

Can I cancel my order?

Please note that if your order has already been processed, it may be too late to cancel the order. You can return the order once it is received within 30 days.

Can I send my order to a different address to my billing address?

Yes you can. Your delivery address does not have to match your billing address; you can choose where you’d like to have you order delivered i.e. home, work, or a family member’s address.

Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?

Yes, once you've placed your order you will receive an email confirmation shortly after. If you don't receive this please check you Spam/Junk folder.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item?

Please send a picture clearly displaying the breakage, incorrect or faulty item and your order number to contact@churchillhome.co.uk

How do I use a promotional code?

If you have a promotional code, you can enter this on the "View Basket" page. Type into the "Coupon Code" box and "Proceed to Checkout". Any discount that is applicable will then be applied to your order.

You can also enter the promotional code at the "Checkout". Enter the code into the the "Discount code" box and click "Apply".

Delivery

How do I track my order?

You can track your order using your tracking number and the link on your dispatch confirmation email. Alternatively, you can sign in to your Churchill account to check your order status. You can also visit DHL to track your order. Be sure to have your tracking number ready. 

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is £6.95 or free for orders over £50

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 3-5 working days.

Do you offer Express delivery?

Unfortunately we only offer Standard delivery

Where can you do deliver to?

We can only deliver to mainland UKWe are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands, Europe, USA and Rest of the World.

Can I Exchange an item?
