**Extended Christmas returns. 

We've extended our return service - for all orders placed in November and December you've got until the 31st January 2025 to send something back to us.

Good news: If you change your mind about an item we offer a FREE RETURNS service. 

You've got 30 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Just follow the steps below.

1. Contact our customer services team to request your free return via email contact@churchillhome.co.uk or call 01782 525208.

2. Please provide your customer order number (this can be found on your order confirmation), specify your preferred day for collection (Monday to Friday) and provide a contact telephone number. We are unable to provide a specific time frame for the collection on your preferred day unfortunately. 

3. Repack your items using the original packaging. No need to add a label to the parcel. The courier will have all the information they need. 

4. Our customer service team will confirm the date the collection has been arranged for. 

5. You will receive an email once your refund has been issued.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged we apologise. Please contact our customer services team via email contact@churchillhome.co.uk and send a quick picture of the damage or fault to use our FREE RETURNS service within 30 days of your order being delivered. 

Follow the same steps outlined above and we can offer you either a replacement or refund.
