From fresh ingredients, new combinations and the latest trends we look to our favourite restaurants and recipes to inspire us. Our 'Get the Look' series looks to do just that - This season we're starting our travel inspired series in Italy - with a look at Ristorante Sambuga.

The Ambience

The restaurant has a friendly neighbourhood vibe, creating a space for people to al fresco dine as well as sit inside for the more 'elegant' dining experience. Keeping the table tops uncluttered, mixing natural textures, simple styling and saving colour for on the plates.

The Food

Sambuga was created from the desire to take up the local tradition by proposing it in a modern key. The refined choice of fresh and seasonal ingredients produced by local farms; home made pasta or with blends of grains from the Marche region; fresh fish from the sea.
